They operate the cash register, provide excellent customer service to people of all ages and backgrounds, and report directly to the Director of Technology. Michael Sauers has been the Director of Technology at Do Space since the very beginning. Sauers has trained librarians in technology for the past twenty years and has also been a public library trustee, bookstore manager, reference librarian, serials cataloger, technology consultant, and bookseller since earning his Master’s of Library Science degree.
