Somewhere between the pumpkin-spiced everything in the stores and the now hunting for my lost winter gloves I’m reminded how the seasons have officially changed and soon we’ll be into some major holiday seasoning.
For those new to Do Space, you might not know we feature different ‘Holiday Hacks’ happening over the next few months the whole family will love! Starting with our first: Glowing Treat Bags.
Just in time for trick-or-treating you can come to Do Space to trick out your treat bag! Members ages 6 years old and up are invited to bring their favorite treat bag from home and spruce it up with some extra glow using EL wire or LED lights! This holiday hack is happening on Friday, October 18, 1pm – 2:30pm. CLICK HERE to register
To add some glow to the chilly weather we’re bringing back an old favorite: Light-Up Holiday Sweaters! Sign up yourself and your friends to come add lights to your ugliest of ugly sweaters with LED Lights or EL Wire. This is an adult program where youth 16 years and up are permitted to attend Saturday, November 23, 1pm-3pm. CLICK HERE to register
Next will be our newest hack yet: Thanksgiving Decor using the Laser Cutter aka Holiday Table-scrapes. Get a chance to learn how to use the Laser Cutter while creating something perfect for the Thanksgiving Day table! Best part is that everyone will leave with something laser-cut. This hack will be coming up the day before Thanksgiving, Wednesday, November 27, 2pm – 4:30pm. CLICK HERE to register
Finally, the day after Thanksgiving you can bring the family back down to Do Space for our always popular 3Doodler Ornaments! Get into the holiday spirit early by creating ornaments for either Christmas or Hanukkah. Plus getting to use the 3Doodler is so much fun we suggest everyone get in on it!
