The Start Omaha Work Week, October 7-11, provides local entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses a dedicated focus-week to tackle challenges and pain points in their venture, and walk away with new tools and concepts to help them move forward. Partnering organizations including (but not limited to) Nebraska Enterprise Fund, SCORE, Small Business Administration, and Dundee Venture Capital will be offering presentations, workshops, and resource booths dedicated to every step of the startup journey from identifying a meaningful problem to solve, to securing funding and building a successful team and culture. Other topics include writing effective business plans, customer archetypes, building business websites, government contracting, and elevator speeches.

Our kick off event will be on Monday, October 7th from 5-7pm upstairs at MCC @ Do Space. We will be featuring talks from Dundee Capital and InsideOutside, along with a professional headshot booth, local entrepreneur resource presentations, food, and networking opportunities.
