Bridget Slavin (Navaratil), Sustainability Program Manager
About Bridget:
Bridget Navratil is the Sustainability Program Manager at the Omaha Public Power District (OPPD). In 2023 OPPD created a new business unit entirely focused on this priority for the public power district. In her role, Bridget supports the development and implementation of OPPD’s sustainability strategy by developing strategic initiatives in support of specific carbon and cost/avoidance goals. Before moving into her current role in 2023, Bridget was a Sustainability Manager for Valmont Industries. Bridget holds a bachelor’s in Sustainable Energy Technology and Business Administration from Creighton University.
Sam Hueser, Product Manager
About Sam:
Sam Hueser is a Product Manager at the Omaha Public Power District focusing on customer alternative energy solutions. Sam develops and manages programs that enable customers to access renewable energy either by installing wind and solar systems on their home or business or participating in OPPD’s various renewable energy programs. Sam holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with a minor in Sustainability from Iowa State University.
