Thank you Do Space Volunteers!

National Volunteer Week took place this past week. From April 15-21, the nation celebrates the impact of volunteer service and the power of volunteers to create stronger, more resilient communities. And, certainly, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to brag about how amazing Do Space volunteers are too!
Since Do Space opened, we have been supported by amazing volunteers who have contributed their time and technology know-how to the mission and programs of Do Space. Their assistance as Technology Sidekicks, Program Explorers, 3D Lab Gurus and Technology Mentors have been vital to the success of Do Space by providing the Omaha community with assistance as they access and learn about technology in Do Space. Volunteers are vital to our success.
This week we celebrated our volunteers by sharing special treats and hosting an exclusive tech playtime alongside staff, but we also wanted to share our love with our followers too. The next time that you are in Do Space, we hope that you will look for the Volunteer lanyard and let them know that you appreciate their donation of time and expertise.
Thank you Do Space volunteers. We appreciate you!
