Danielle Easdale, Director of Film & Flexibles Material Recovery at The Recycling Partnership

About Danielle:
Danielle Easdale is the Director of Film & Flexibles Material Recovery at The Recycling Partnership and Board President of the Nebraska Recycling Council.  Danielle has over 20 years in the recycling and waste management industry with extensive experience spanning many facets of the recycling chain, most recently as part of the Executive Team at Firstar Fiber, a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) in Omaha, NE. Prior to this Danielle lived in the UK where she worked in various waste and sustainability roles within large public-sector organizations.  With a background in developing waste management programs and leading large-scale projects, Danielle has successfully transitioned business models to adapt to changing industry conditions and established successful regional recycling initiatives.  She is passionate about environmentally sustainable practices and optimizing recycling programs through innovative waste management solutions, systems thinking, and technological advancements.  Danielle’s love of the environment started at a young age, growing up on the beaches of the Gold Coast, Australia, and is now based in Omaha, Nebraska.
