Sometimes inexpensive materials are the best materials

Over the years Do Space staff and members have engraved a large number of different materials. One comment I keep hearing is that the “cheap” stuff you can get from a dollar store always seems to work better than expected. For example here’s a great video from The Atlanta Maker using a simple glass plate that cost just one dollar.
