www.iheartdospace.org was created to show off all the amazing activities occurring at Do Space everyday and it was a huge success! From searching for a new job to creating laser cut puzzles to 3D printing to playing with tech kits to learning to code, Do Space members shared over 300 updates — more than 5 per day!

The Do Space community was particularly active in creating and learning new things. Those verbs were included in over half of all submissions. A wide variety of people posted to the website — entries came from 59 Omaha area zip codes and included Do Space members of all ages.

As part of our Summer of Invention, we held a random drawing for a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 and $100 Amazon gift card.  The winner of the drawing was Isadore Rangel for his entry about algorithms. In addition, we held a separate contest for Volunteers that was won by Charles Chatham for his volunteer entry.

Though the contest is over, we hope to continue to see the inspiring things you achieve at Do Space. We will continue to have I Heart Do Space open for you to share your updates while you continuing working on great things!
