More and more meetings are being held online. While most of us have the hand of this by now, there’s always room for improvement. Jamie Davidson over at the Vast Conference blog has a great set of tips that I think everyone should read. They are:

  1. Stick to a Schedule
  2. Minimize Distractions
  3. Start the Call Right
  4. Keep It Professional
  5. Protect Sensitive Information
  6. Keep the Meeting Moving
  7. Plan an Effective Wrap-Up
  8. Prioritize Security
  9. Give Some Grace

Be sure to head on over to Jamie’s post for extended explanations of these tips along with some great prep suggestions for both hosts and attendees.
